Yes. We design for the heaviest months — correct sheet gauge and pitch, sealed EPDM-washer fixings, properly lapped valleys and ridges, and gutters sized for real storm flow. Every completed roof is water-tested before we hand it over, and the workmanship is guaranteed in writing.
Thermal performance comes from the build-up, not just the sheet. We fit reflective foil or PE-bubble insulation under the covering, keep a ventilated air gap over the ceiling, and use lighter or matte-finish colours where the roof takes the full afternoon sun. On duplexes we also vent the ridge so trapped heat can escape.
Diaspora clients get scheduled updates at every milestone — trusses up, covering on, finishing and handover — with drone video and dated photos sent by WhatsApp or email. You approve the written quote before we start, and nothing gets added to the price mid-job.
We do it regularly for developers and overseas owners. We inspect, send a photo report with our recommendation, agree a scope in writing, and manage materials and labour end to end. You can appoint a local representative to sign off, or rely on our video handover.
The line is open 24/7. For storm damage and active leaks inside the FCT we aim to have a crew on site the same day, with a temporary seal applied immediately and the permanent repair scheduled straight after.
